1. Eligibility

• This promotion is open to UK-based businesses only, unless otherwise agreed in writing by TIEVA.

• A qualifying order means an order for IT products, solutions, or services that meets the relevant spend thresholds and is invoiced by TIEVA.

• New customers (no purchases from TIEVA within the past 12 months) must spend a minimum of £2,500 (excluding VAT and delivery charges).

• Existing customers (purchases from TIEVA within the past 12 months) must spend a minimum of £5,000 (excluding VAT and delivery charges).

2. Gift Details

• Eligible customers will receive one (1) complimentary football shirt valued up to £120 (including VAT).

• Shirt style, brand, colour, and size options are subject to availability and may differ from any images shown in promotional materials.

• While stocks last. If stock is depleted, a voucher of equivalent value may be offered at TIEVA’s discretion.

3. Redemption Process

• Gifts will be dispatched within 30 days of the qualifying order being paid in full.
• Customers may be contacted to confirm sizing and delivery details.

4. Limitations

• One gift per qualifying order.
• This offer cannot be combined with other promotions, discounts, or loyalty rewards unless explicitly stated.

5. Substitutions

• If the selected shirt is unavailable, a voucher of equivalent value may be offered at our discretion.

6. Non-Transferable

• Gifts are non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or credit.

7. Right to Amend

• TIEVA reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw this promotion at any time without prior notice.

• In all matters relating to the promotion, TIEVA’s decision is final.

8. Fraud Prevention

• Any suspected abuse of the promotion may result in disqualification, cancellation of the gift, and/or refusal of future participation.
